Shipping Information
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders within the United States and Canada. For shipping inquiries outside of these areas, please contact us directly for assistance.
2. Shipping Methods & Fees
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Rates are calculated based on destination, shipping method, and order weight, and will be clearly displayed during checkout.
3. Fast Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM EST are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and customer service. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—within reasonable limits to protect all parties involved.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and all included components.
2. How to Start a Return
Email support@tarampsmia.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide clear instructions and the proper return address.
3. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
4. Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective returns or items returned in used or incomplete condition. This helps cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
5. Exchanges & Replacements
To streamline our process, exchanges are handled as new purchases. You may place a new order while your return is being processed. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll prioritize resolving the issue with a replacement or refund.
7. Serial Number Verification
To maintain product integrity and prevent fraudulent returns, all returned items must have a serial number that matches our records.
Returns with mismatched or missing serial numbers will be rejected. Please double-check the serial number before initiating a return to ensure a smooth process.
